One of the best-known advocates for limiting government, Bill has faced much flak for seeking action that will limit the reach of public employee unions. He has also been in the vanguard in speaking about PERS and the far-reaching implications of ignoring it. Members have wanted to find a speaker to discuss this topic, especially since it has garnered so much interest of late. There are few better speakers with whom to start.
